Step 1: Dial the USSD Code

From any phone, simply dial:

    After dialing, you'll see a menu with multiple services:

    Step 3: Enter Details

    Based on your selection, you'll be prompted to:

  • Choose your departure and destination

  • Confirm your transaction details
  • Everything is designed for quick, simple responses.


    Step 4: Make Your Payment

    Pay securely using the following options:

  • MTN - MoMo Mobile Wallet
  • Airtel - SmartCash Mobile Wallet
  • All transactions are instant, and you receive a digital receipt.


    Step 5: Receive Confirmation

    You'll get an SMS confirmation with your:

  • Ticket details or code
  • Show the SMS to access transport or event
  • At entry point, the ticket code or pin will be validated by the bus conductor or events officer using our Validator App

    Whether you're a public institution, transport operator, school, or service provider, DiGi Ticket gives you a fast, secure, and inclusive way to digitize ticketing and revenue collection using USSD technology.


    Step 1: Expression of Interest (EOI)

    Submit your request to onboard the DiGi Ticket platform by contacting our onboarding team:

    Step 2: Needs Assessment & Service Mapping

    We work with you to:

  • Identify what payments or services to digitize
  • Map locations, fare structures, or service fees
  • Define your service categories (e.g., transport routes, events, utilities, etc.)
  • We'll schedule a discovery session to understand your operations, services, and revenue flows.

    You'll also choose your preferred disbursement method (bank accounts or wallets).


    Step 3: Agreement & Documentation

    We'll sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering:

  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Revenue sharing (if applicable)
  • Data privacy & security compliance (NDPR, etc.)
  • Support levels and reporting frequency
  • You'll also submit:

  • Business registration or operating license
  • Bank account details
  • Key contact persons

  • Step 4: System Configuration & Short Code Allocation

    Our tech team will:

    • What is Digi Ticket Franchise?

      DigiTicket Nigeria Ltd, which is based in Lagos Nigeria offers Franchise options to start the business in other states in Nigeria. For a lump sum non refundable fee an exclusive Franchise option is given to the Franchisee for Three years.

    • How much does a Franchise cost and what does a Franchisee get in return?

      The lump sum fee is calculated on the basis of largeness of the area, the business potential, volume of traffic etc. In return for the Lump sum fee and Franchise for a particular state, the Franchise gets 75 % of the business generated from the State or a particular area. The Head office or the DigiTicket retains 25 % from the area or state of the Franchisee.

    • Do a Franchisee need technical knowledge?

      The Franchisees will be given Training and technical support all the time. A person who has technical knowledge need to be recruited from the Franchisee's side To be in charge and updating the upgrades and sharing of information in other areasOf development.

    • When do the Franchisees earn the 75 % of the business?

      All accounts will be settled every three months, as DigiTicket earns commission or a percentage on sales or the number of texts. Therefore all monies will be going Into the account of the Head office bank accounts. An identification process will be done by means of code to identify the texts coming in from the state or area allocated to the Franchisee.

    • Can the Franchise be cancelled?

      The Head office reserves the right of cancelling a Franchise in the event of no business generated by the Franchisee after a review of 6 months.

    • What are the obligations of the Franchisee?

      The Franchisee need to develop and market the concept of DigiTicket by getting customers like, bus companies, cinema companies, Football stadiums etc. All such marketing costs shall be borne by the Franchisee as in this business model the Franchisee earns 75 % of the business generated in the area allocated to the Franchisee.

    • What are the obligations of the Franchisor or DigiTicket Nigeria ltd?

      The Franchisee has obtained permissions, licenses and approvals from the Government to run the business for which considerable money has been spent, The Franchisor will make sure; such licenses are current and up to date to make sure there are no disruptions in carrying on the business. As stated earlier, the Franchisor will offer technical support and Training periodically and when technology gets upgraded. An annual or 6 monthly meeting will be organised by the Franchisor to give an opportunity to meet all the Franchisees in different regions to share the knowledge & experience for product improvement.
